About Me

I believe in the restorative power of counseling, and I am passionate about supporting others along their life journey through their stress and struggles toward their desired goals.  It is always my goal to provide an individualized approach with a warm, empathic style.  I seek to build a solid therapeutic relationship in which clients can feel safe, be authentic, and experience personalized growth, all on their own accord.

I am a full-time professor in the Graduate School for Counseling at Messiah University, and I do outpatient therapy part-time. My background includes a variety of clinical experiences including residential treatment, family therapy, wraparound services, and school counseling.
